Requirements
- Early career HR generalist experience: 4-6 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR generalist roles within a growing company.
- Strong operational instincts: You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously.
- Employee-focused mindset: You care about creating thoughtful employee experiences and supporting teams with clarity and consistency while operating to minimize risk to the company.
- Strong communication skills: Able to work effectively with employees, managers, and leadership on people-related questions and processes.
- Judgment and discretion: Comfortable handling highly sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Startup adaptability: You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes evolve and ownership is shared.
- Execution-focused: You enjoy building structure, improving processes, and ensuring important operational details don’t slip through the cracks.
