Job Description
BASIS Independent Schools, a national network of PreK-12 private, secular schools, is seeking a Math and Physics Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The teacher will inspire and teach higher-level content than typical of secondary students, working collaboratively with other teachers to create a learning culture.
Requirements
- Prepare subject-specific lessons in math and physics
- Teach higher level content than grade standards in an interactive learning environment
- Implement the BASIS Curriculum
- Collaborate with other BASIS Curriculum Teachers
- Guide student behavior to foster academic achievement, personal responsibility, intellect and individuality
