Job Description
BASIS Independent Schools is seeking an experienced and passionate Varsity Soccer Assistant Coach to lead and elevate one of our competitive athletic programs. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a strong, sustainable team culture grounded in discipline, accountability, skill development, and respect.
Requirements
- Prior high school, collegiate, or club coaching experience required
- Deep knowledge of sport-specific rules, techniques, and modern coaching methods
- Demonstrated ability to build or transform a program culture
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to mentor athletes both on and off the court/field
- Consistent and disciplined with excellent time-management skills
