Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Learning Mentor

We're seeking experienced Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhTs) to mentor students in our Pharmacy Technician training program. As a Learning Mentor, you'll guide students through challenging topics, demonstrate key pharmacy workflows, and prepare them for success on the NHA ExCPT exam and in their externship experience.

Requirements

• Active CPhT certification (PTCB or NHA) and current state licensure.
• Associate degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience as a practicing Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students in healthcare or vocational training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, and online learning platforms.
