DS-U26-1R Recreation Therapy Facilitator FTP

Springboard is a charitable organization that delivers innovative, professional, and diverse programming to help youth and adults develop skills and reach their full potential. As a Recreation Therapy Facilitator, you will provide recreation opportunities for youth and adults with developmental disabilities, facilitate recreation therapy programming, and support individuals in accessing recreation activities. The role requires a post-secondary diploma/degree in Recreation/Therapeutic Recreation, strong knowledge of computer applications, and valid First Aid and Safe Management certifications. The ideal candidate will have minimum two years of recent work-related experience in recreation therapy, conflict management, and recreation program planning.
