As a Recreation Therapy Facilitator, you will provide recreation opportunities for youth and adults with developmental disabilities, facilitate recreation therapy programming, and support individuals in accessing recreation activities and overall plan of care. You will also provide supports for individuals to participate in community activities in a safe manner, and represent Springboard at outreach events.
