Springboard is hiring an engaging Live Instructor to teach aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians with no prior experience in healthcare, developing and leading online course sessions for a 14-week program.
Requirements
- At least five years' experience working as a sterile processor
- Current CRCST certification through HSPA
- Prior teaching, training, or precepting experience in Sterile Processing
- Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments
