Job Description
This position is an excellent opportunity for newly licensed LNAs from River Valley Technical Center (RVTC) to experience multiple units. The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) demonstrates the knowledge and ability to assist in the delivery of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved course for Licensed Nursing Assistants
- Current Vermont LNA license
- Current BLS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous health care experience (preferred)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
