Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will follow the plan of care as directed by the Registered Nurse, communicate with patients and team members, and apply critical thinking skills in the delivery of patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Vermont in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- One (1) year of inpatient experience (preferred)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
