Patient Service Specialist (Urology) - FT/80

The Patient Service Specialist will contribute to a pleasant and cooperative team environment, register patients, and operate office equipment. The ideal candidate will have customer service/clerical experience, proficient typing skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) months’ customer service/clerical experience, including computer operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficient typing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software
