1:1 Instructional Aide

ACCEL Schools is seeking an 1:1 Instructional Aide for Springfield Sports Academy to provide classroom support and contribute to a positive learning environment. This role involves assisting teachers with lesson delivery, supporting student behavior, and assisting with school activities. The role is part of the ACCEL Schools network and emphasizes academic excellence and well-rounded education.

Requirements

• Associate Degree, two years of college coursework, or the passage of the Para Professional’s Exam
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
