Provides administrative supervision to clients and staff of Springmoor Home Care in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective staff coordination.
Requirements
- Adheres to all Springmoor Home Care policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate and complete medical records for all Home Care clients, ensuring documentation is current and compliant.
- Maintains required statistical and operational records.
- Recruits, hires, supervises, and evaluates caregiver personnel.
- Ensures clients receive appropriate levels of care consistent with assessed needs.
- Coordinates services with allied health providers and facilitates appropriate referrals to community resources.
- Plans and oversees staff orientation and development; participates in required in-services and training.
- Ensures compliance of salaried, contracted, and volunteer staff with agency policies and procedures.
- Serves as Acting Administrator in the absence of the Community Services Director, as authorized.
- Maintains and reviews infection control policies and standards to ensure a safe working environment; ensures staff adherence to universal precautions and infection control practices.
- Collects and compiles statistical data necessary for the Home Care Annual Evaluation.
- Provides on-call coverage for the hours Home Care services are provided to clients
