Assisted Living Ombudsman Program Manager

Join Springwell as an Assisted Living Ombudsman Program Manager to ensure the rights of Assisted Living residents. As an Ombudsman, you will develop, administer, and oversee the Regional ALR Ombudsman services, promoting the philosophy of advocating and maintaining assisted living residents' rights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with a degree in social work or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience working with the older adults and/or the disability population preferred.
• Experience in supervisory role or demonstrated leadership experience
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work style.
• Knowledge of computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Extensive travel throughout greater Boston and MetroWest is required.
• A reliable vehicle, current driver's license and safe driving record required.
