Director, US HCP Marketing - Desmoid Tumor

SpringWorks Therapeutics is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients with rare tumors. They are seeking a Director, US HCP Marketing for their Desmoid Tumor commercial brand team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience, with a focus on oncology and rare diseases. The role requires leadership skills, project management, and a proven track record of effective marketing and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines)
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 9+ years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience
• 3+ years people leadership experience
• Prior in-line or equivalent U.S. HCP marketing experience, with 4+ years in a product manager role strongly desired
• Oncology and/or rare disease experience preferred
• Understanding of US Oncology landscape including Community Oncology and Academic Oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders preferred
