Regional Business Director – Southeast Region (Sarcoma)

SpringWorks Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead the Southeast Region (Sarcoma) and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a strong understanding of Rare Disease and Sarcoma therapeutic areas, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Minimum of 3 years in Rare Disease or Sarcoma and in management role(s)
• Minimum of 3+ years in direct people leadership
• Demonstrated successful experience in multiple HQ disciplines (i.e., Marketing, Managed Markets)
• Previous experience in the launching of product(s), service(s)
• Strong business acumen related to Rare Disease selling and Customer account management
