Territory Business Manager - Phoenix

As a Territory Business Manager, you will lead sales at the territory level, serve as the primary liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics, and deliver on revenue goals by executing brand objectives.

Requirements

• Maintain an expert operating knowledge of all company policies and guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all Company, industry and government laws or regulations
• Achieve short and long-term sales objectives
• Build relationships with key HCP's, physician practices, and hospitals/clinics
• Be a territory expert with deep market, customer, product, and competitive insights
• Demonstrate strong critical analytic and planning skills
