Job Description
Sprinklr is seeking a dynamic and peopleâcentric Director of Solution Consulting to lead a regional team of Solutions Consultants (SCs).
Requirements
- 6â10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar presales role in an enterprise software environment.
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong track record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering valueâdriven customer engagements.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent.
- Experience with complex system design, enterprise architecture fundamentals, and integrations.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and modern SaaS platform technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to influence crossâfunctional teams and collaborate in a matrixed environment.
