Job Description
Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to establish quality benchmarks and standards across the engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in Agile software testing and expertise in implementing and scaling Agile testing practices. The role involves leading a team of SDETs, designing and implementing mechanisms to measure the overall health and performance of the platform, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
