Product Manager

Sprinklr is a platform for Unified Customer Experience Management, empowering brands to deliver extraordinary experiences at scale across every customer touchpoint. The Product Manager role is responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of Sprinklr products, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• BE/ B.Tech/MBA degree
• Strong ownership and accountability attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good time management skills with strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to analyze data quickly to reach relevant insights and understand client needs and map them to concrete solutions
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
