Job Description
Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the productization of Agentic AI & Voice AI (ASR/TTS) from concept to production, and to work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable, productized solutions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, ML, GTM teams)
- Exposure to GenAI, Voice AI, or related domains is a strong plus
