Sprinklr is looking for a Talent Development Summer Intern to join our global People & Culture team. In this role, you will help design and deliver learning experiences that support employee growth, leadership development, and culture-building across the organization.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science or a related field
- Passion for learning, leadership, and employee development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets experience a plus)
