Job Description
SpryPoint, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for the utility sector, is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join their team. The role involves partnering with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations and providing input on training and testing. This is a remote-first opportunity to transform the utility sector with innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS)
- Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects
- Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals (is a plus)
- Familiarity with analyzing large data sets (is a bonus)
