The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA system by translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. This role includes providing ongoing production support to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and maintain uninterrupted business operations.
Requirements
- Builds positive working relationships with assigned business teams and acts as a point of contact between business users and IT resources.
- Supports business teams in identifying improvement opportunities and helps document clear business requirements and functional specifications for the technical team.
- Performs hands-on configuration of the system based on approved requirements.
- Participates in integration and unit testing to help ensure solutions work as intended.
- Assists in creating project documentation and training materials, supports go-live activities, and helps with knowledge transfer to end users and support staff.
- Follows project and department policies, completes required documentation, and provides updates on project progress as needed.
