Job Description
The Pool Advisor is responsible for identifying, quoting, and closing repair and equipment upgrade opportunities, partnering with customers and technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience and meet sales goals.
Requirements
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate pool repair and equipment needs
- Generate detailed repair quotes and present solutions to customers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM of all quotes, communications, and outcomes
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Meet and exceed daily inspection goal of 6-8 inspections per day and close rate goals
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
