Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer position available for a highly motivated individual with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting expertise. The role involves delivering exceptional service support, working with the Service and Support Scheduler to prioritize and execute emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations. Approximately 10-12 days per month of overnight travel is expected, with occasional travel further afield. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse and innovative product range, offering a dynamic and varied workload.

Requirements

• Performing field service work such as on-site installation, preventative maintenance, and repair work
• Ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction through timely, concise, clear communication and excellent service delivery
• Being available to travel at short notice in order to support other Field Service Engineers when needed
• Timely completion of all required documentation
• Communicating any product quality issues to the appropriate persons
• Working closely with the Sales team and the Field Applications Specialists
• Carrying out core responsibilities effectively while meeting KPIs that measure performance and impact
