Field Service Quality Inspector responsible for troubleshooting and fixing routine quality and warranty issues with Marley Products in the field to improve response time and customer satisfaction. The position will spend 50-75% of the time in the field supporting customers and will be an integral part of the plant's in-house quality team.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field or 8-10 years of relevant experience
- HVAC equipment service experience required
- Extensive knowledge of basic HVAC equipment, preferably including cooling towers and related products
- Experience with construction sites / building safety standards and manufacturing plants
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively manage work, time and customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of employees both internally and externally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in basic computer and software skills (Word, Excel, Photo and video software)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot process control systems and Building Management Systems (BMS)
