Material Clerk II

As a Material Clerk II at SPX Technologies, you will be responsible for putting stock in its proper place within the warehouse area, storage area, and retrieving items as needed. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can follow instructions well and work well in a team atmosphere.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Forklift license preferred but not required
• Ability to correctly and safely use hand tools (both manual and pneumatic)
• Ability to read a tape measure in metric and imperial standards
• Ability to read effectively from a computer screen and/or paper copy
• Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks
• Ability to work within precise limits and/or standards of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to follow and understand directions
