SPX Technologies is seeking a Sales Development Program participant (Associate) to complete a two-year program focused on sales, marketing, and business development. This program provides comprehensive training and experience within the organization, preparing participants for a career within sales, marketing, or business development. The program is structured with rotational assignments across various functions and culminates in a full-time role in sales, marketing, or business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related disciplines)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular experiences
• Self-motivation, initiative, and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate
