Inside Sales Manager

Insulectro is seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Manager to provide outstanding service to customers, support Technical Account Managers, and grow proficiency in Insulectro's tools and processes. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, develop proficiency in Insulectro systems, and work collaboratively with the Inside Sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• High level of comfort with technology and business systems (ERP, CRM, or order management systems experience a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with an interest in growing into larger roles within the organization
