We’re looking for a talented 3D Marketing Animator, responsible for creating realistic and highly stylized animations to help us develop cutting-edge visual elements for our games and to dream up new ideas that will reach millions around the world. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with some of the most creative minds in the industry. As a 3D Marketing Animator, you will act as the driving creative force for our products, participating in the design execution from concept to completion. Alongside our games, you will be growing as an artist and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching 3D animations for marketing campaigns
• Brainstorming new creative concepts to improve user acquisition and engagement
• Optimize 3D assets and animations for different platforms and screen sizes while maintaining visual quality and performance
• Researching and understanding marketing trends from games and app industries
• Working with the UA team to analyze creative performance data to improve in new iterations
• Work closely with game developers and designers to understand game mechanics, characters, environments, and convert them into effective marketing visuals
• Providing design feedback to internal and 3rd party collaborators
• Familiarity with editing animated assets within Unity

Requirements

• Proficiency in Maya, Cinema 4D, Redshift
• Experienced in Lighting/Shading
• Experienced in character rigging
• Proficiency in optimizing render settings and assessing outcomes
• Competent in 3D Animation fundamentals and color theory
• Good knowledge of digital visualization tools (i.e., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
