Our mission is to accompany companies in capturing user attention and transforming it into a memorable interaction. We're seeking a Dynamics 365 Expert to contribute to the deployment, personalization, and optimization of the Dynamics 365 solution within our company.
Requirements
- Bac +5 in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
- Expertise in implementing, personalizing, and administering Dynamics 365
- Mastery of associated development tools and languages (C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, etc.)
- Experience in integrating with other systems (ERP, CRM, external databases, etc.)
- Knowledge of good practices in security and authorization management in Dynamics 365
- Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile) and associated tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
- Analytical mind, rigor, and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy, leadership, and ability to work in a team in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
- Proactivity and ability to anticipate business needs
