Talent Acquisition Specialist IT F/H

We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist IT to join our Recruitment team. The role involves ensuring the recruitment of IT profiles in the France perimeter, defining target profiles, and sourcing strategy, and conducting HR evaluation interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least three years of experience in recruitment in ESN
• Good knowledge of tech profiles
• Ability to manage volume recruitments and sourcing techniques for rare or highly sought-after profiles
• Autonomy, organization, perseverance, and optimism
• Good writing skills and proofreading
• Good level of English
