The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding new employees, as well as developing innovative sourcing strategies and contributing to our school relations strategy.
Requirements
- Solid experience in recruitment within a consulting firm or IT services company, with a strong knowledge of tech profiles.
- Strong interest in direct sourcing, particularly for senior profiles.
- Native or professional proficiency in German (mandatory) and good level in English.
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities.
