We are looking for a Junior System Field Engineer to support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructures across customer environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networks, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or infrastructure-focused roles
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and basic routing
- Good knowledge of Windows-based environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to troubleshoot system and network connectivity issues in production environments
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and customer stakeholders, both onsite and remotely
