Senior Systems Engineer (Business Unit: Projects)

Senior Systems Engineer position responsible for implementing reliable solutions to strengthen the reliability, efficiency, and performance of client systems. Collaborates with IT peers to establish synergies and ensures operational stability. Experience with Microsoft Technologies, firewalls, switches, and routers required.

Requirements

• Coordinating and leading in the design, testing, evaluation, implementation, and support for multiple complex platforms
• Consult with other business units to configure platforms for product installation
• Ensure platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry standards
• Design and document enterprise standards and procedures
• Serve as a point of escalation, providing technical support to Support Technicians and Field Services teams
• Manage client projects as assigned, coordinating activities with internal/external technology owners/service providers
