Engineering Manager - Financial Solutions

We're seeking an Engineering Manager - Financial Solutions to lead our Capital team in building innovative financial solutions for merchants. You'll guide high-performing software engineers, nurture a positive team culture, and make architectural decisions to drive scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a Product Engineering team of four or more engineers
• 7+ years of industry experience deploying apps across large codebases with many contributors
• Ability to fluently translate, document and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical foundations to navigate the inherent tradeoffs with product engineering decisions
