Job Description
Our Client Engagement Group helps Squarespace users grow their businesses by creating, targeting, and automating marketing campaigns. We're looking for engineers to build systems behind campaign creation, audience management, segmentation, and automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building backend systems in a production environment
- Proficiency in Java, or another object-oriented programming language
- Experience with system design, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts
- Experience with databases (Postgres, MongoDB, or similar)
- Mentoring less experienced engineers
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration (DBT, AirFlow)
- Experience with data management, data modeling, and data strategy
- Experience with data compliance and security
