SquareTrade is a fast-growing company transforming the $30B market through service innovation and customer satisfaction. The Director of Growth Strategy will own the P&L of a major retail partnership and manage growth initiatives, profitability, and account maintenance.
Requirements
- Strategy Development: define right set of strategies and actions to deliver performance promises
- Initiative Planning, Selling into Stakeholders, Implementation, and Monitoring: build selling stories and project manage joint-growth and profitability initiatives to completion
- Customer Experience: understand retail partner's path to purchase and post-purchase experience
- Retail Execution and Channel Marketing: partner with Retail Execution and Merchandising to increase in-store customer and Associate awareness
- Account Support: provide support on various activities such as reporting, content development, event planning, and project management
- Product and Service Innovations: gain deep understanding of business and bring own ideas to the table
- Competitive Analysis: conduct analysis and tracking of highly complex, dynamic partner environment
