Team Lead (Hands on Software Engineer) (Typescript/Node/React/AWS)

Join our product engineering team as a Team Lead to improve the Discovery capability across the entire DXP. We're seeking a technology leader with experience in integrating AI technologies and platforms into SaaS-based products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in software development building and maintaining large-scale software products
• Proficiency in full-stack development, with a focus on AI tools, languages, and frameworks
• Strong understanding of testing principles and demonstrated experience in implementing testing strategies
• Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices
• Previous experience leading a team of technology experts including software engineers
