As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and stakeholder needs. This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership, people leadership, architecture ownership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in leading complex software projects, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong track record of delivering scalable and reliable software solutions
- Proven experience leading the design and delivery of complex software projects and distributed systems
- Strong technical leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams, influence decisions, and drive execution
- Advanced proficiency in JVM-based languages such Java and Scala
- Interest in working with Scala and willingness to explore functional programming paradigms
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and system design best practices
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker
- Strong expertise in relational database management systems
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture, including scalability, system integration, security, reliability, and testing strategies
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
- Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code
- Experience implementing automated testing and quality assurance practices across the development lifecycle
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and lead through changing technologies, business needs, and priorities
- Agile mindset with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across teams and organizational levels
