Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to serve as the technical leader of a product engineering team. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership—guiding architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You Will Do

Lead the technical direction of a product engineering team, guiding architecture and key engineering decisions. Own the end-to-end technical delivery of software solutions, from design and development through deployment and support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and delivering software applications in a production environment
• Ability to contribute to system design and architectural discussions
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical guidance within a team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with full-stack or backend programming, Java and SQL preferred.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Oracle Database, CockroachDB, Spring Boot, JBoss, JavaScript, Containers, Linux, Rancher, Ansible, and Bamboo preferred.
