Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team at SRM Concrete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials around the plant efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Loader Operator or in a similar role operating heavy machinery, preferably in a concrete plant or similar industrial setting.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in industrial or construction environments.
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in heavy machinery operation is a plus.
