Requirements
- Drive new business development by leveraging industry connections, prospecting, and various outreach strategies
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the decision-making processes of prospects
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead identification and qualification to negotiation, closing, and delivery of orders
- Craft tailored sales strategies for customer accounts based on individual needs and requirements
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with company leadership
- Work closely with Billing & Credit departments to guarantee smooth and accurate billing processes
- Support Operations, Dispatch, and Quality Control teams by providing assistance with customer service
- Actively participate in networking events to raise awareness and promote the company's products and services
