Senior Manager, Financial Consolidations & M&A Integration

SRS Distribution is seeking an experienced accounting professional to serve as Senior Manager, Financial Consolidations & M&A Integration, leading the consolidation of financial results across domestic and international subsidiaries and supporting financial integration of newly acquired entities.

Requirements

• Oversee the monthly consolidation of financial information for domestic and international subsidiaries
• Prepare complete, accurate, and timely consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise financial consolidation system
• Lead the onboarding and financial integration of newly acquired companies
• Maintain and update consolidation account mappings to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage intercompany balances and activity, ensuring proper eliminations and reconciliation processes
• Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to obtain required information in an organized and efficient manner
• Provide support on technical accounting matters as needed
• Perform financial analyses and assist with ad hoc and corporate reporting requests
• Contribute to special projects across the accounting and finance functions
