Job Description

Requirements
- Third year college student or recent college graduate with a degree in Real Estate or Business
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
- Effective at multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Basic knowledge of CoStar, GIS, and Google Earth software
- Learning Objective: Understanding business trends, growth sectors, and tenant services
- Basic Real Estate knowledge
