Job Description
SS8 is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated testing systems. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams, leveraging modern development tools, and solving challenging problems in Linux-based environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of software development experience using Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 3+ years of experience working in Linux environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies
