Bartender

SSA Group is seeking a Catering Bartender to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending and/or event industry experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Perform the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Meet expectations of proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of their bar(s) during each event.
• Ability to express knowledge of alcoholic drinks and bartending techniques with guest service in mind.
• Maintain a safe environment by serving guests responsibly.
• Perform strenuous manual labor as required (equipment storage, event setup, tear down of tables and chairs).
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards the client, guests, and staff.
• Communicate clearly and openly with leaders for overall success.
• Uphold a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Engage with SSA/Unit in driving community effort through engagement activities and focus.
