Food Service - Prep Cook

We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team. As a Prep Cook, you will prepare a variety of ingredients, maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, and assist with inventory management. You will also ensure all food and other items are stored properly and comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Prepare a variety of ingredients, including washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Assist in inventory management and storage of supplies
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
