Office Associate is responsible for delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client, supporting operational managers and park staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and daily paperwork
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strong organizational abilities
- Demonstrated financial management, analytical, and planning skills
- Thrive in a team environment while working independently, showing flexibility in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in office functions, including online cash management systems, POS systems, and Excel
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes (10-35 lbs), and stand for extended periods as required
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
