Requirements

• Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
• Operate special-purpose machines or equipment
• Inspect and measure welded work pieces
• Maintain welders and special-purpose machines
• Ensure equipment is operating properly and safely
• Troubleshoot machine problems
• Operate hand-held air-driven tools, electrical tools, tappers, forklift and crane
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test the operation of machines periodically
• Study blueprint from work layout to ensure accuracy
• Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials
